It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 November 2018 for the purpose of deleting clause 4.13 Heritage Protection, renumbering clauses, deleting Schedule B—Heritage List and renaming Schedule C and Schedule D to Schedule B and Schedule C respectively, and inserting text regarding a significant tree register.
