It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Canning Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 October 2017e for the purpose of— 1. Recoding properties in Cannington and East Cannington from ‘Residential’ with a density Code of ‘R17.5/R25’, ‘R17.5/R30’, ‘R17.5/R40’ and ‘R17.5/R60’ to ‘Residential’ with a density Code of ‘R25’, ‘R30’, ‘R40’ and ‘R60’ respectively as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 229 Map. 2. Recoding properties in Cannington and East Cannington from ‘Residential’ with a density Code of ‘R17.5/R40 to ‘Residential’ with a density Code of ‘R60’ as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 229 Map. 3. Reclassifying properties in Cannington from ‘Residential’ with a density Code of ‘R17.5/R40’ and ‘No Zone’ to Local Authority Reserve for ‘Local Park and Recreation Area’ and Local Authority Reserve for ‘Public Purposes’ as shown on the Scheme Amendment No. 229 map.
