Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Morung Archaeological Site Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Morung Archaeological Site. The boundary of the Morung Archaeological Site protected area consists of Lot 334 on Deposited Plan 211565. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area.
