Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Boyatup Hill Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Boyatup Hill. The boundary of the Boyatup Hill protected area consists of Lot 72 on Deposited Plan 425598. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Boyatup Art and Occupation Site Protected Area Order 1986 is revoked.
