It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Gingin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 6 April 2018 for the purpose of: 1. Rezone Lot 2 (Plan 10531) Breton Bay from ‘General Rural’ zone to ‘Tourism’ and ‘Conservation’ zones. 2. Amend Part 4—General Development Requirements by inserting clause 4.8.7.13. 3. Inserting a new ‘Schedule 11—Tourism Conditions’ for Lot 2 (Plan 10531) Breton Bay. 4. Amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
