It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Gingin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 30 July 2019 for the purpose of modifying Table 1, deleting land use definitions, inserting land use definitions, deleting Additional Use site A17, and inserting Lot 1021 Gingin Brook Road, Woodridge as AU25 and Lot 1022 Indian Ocean Drive as AU26 with additional land use(s) and site-specific conditions.
