It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Gingin Local Planning Scheme amendment on 30 November 2021 for the purpose of amending Schedule 10 and the Scheme Map by including Lot 100 (No. 1492) Bennies Road, Cowalla in the General Rural—Coded zone and allocating General Rural codes of GR20 and GR30.
