Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 16 July 2012 and published in the Government Gazette dated 27 July 2012 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 15 July 2026.
