Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 14 September 2023 and published in the Government Gazette dated 19 September 2023 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 13 September 2027.
