Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 07 December 2005 and published in the Government Gazette dated 16 December 2005 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 06 December 2027.
