Exemption from compliance with speed restrictions for power yachts participating in Yachting WA Power Yacht Time Trialling events. Subject to conditions including listing on Yachting WA’s Calendar of Events, suitable rescue craft, medical response plan, and adherence to Risk Management Plan. In force until 1 August 2023, unless revoked sooner. Revokes previous instrument WAMA—2019—203312.
