The council of the Shire of Dumbleyung resolved on 15 September 2016 to make the following local law under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dumbleyung Pest Plants Local Law 2016 and commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district and repeals the Shire of Dumbleyung Local Law Relating to Pest Plants 2002.
