Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby close the following area of water to motorised vessels—lake dumbleyung: all those waters on the southern side of lake dumbleyung within 50 metres of the shore south-east of a line through 33°20.858′s, 117°38.762′e and 33°20.840′s, 117°38.786′e; and north-west of a line through 33°20.877′s, 117°38.781′e and 33°20.858′s, 117°38.805′e. all coordinates based on gda94.
