It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dumbleyung Local Planning Scheme amendment on 16 October 2019 for the purpose of inserting a sub-clause into Clause 61(1), amending Schedule 1, amending the Scheme Maps, amending Table 4, amending the Scheme Maps, amending Table 1, and amending the definition of ‘agriculture-extensive’.
