It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 August 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Amending the Scheme Map by rezoning Lot 20 Spencer Street, Balingup from ‘Residential R10’ to ‘Special Use 5’. 2. Amending Schedule 5 Special Use by inserting the following— Zone Permitted Uses Conditions of Use Identification SU5 As per the Residential zone with The disposal of on-site effluent is Lot 20 Spencer the following land uses being to be provided to the requirements Street, Balingup permitted (A) use— of and satisfaction of the local Aged Persons government and Department of Accommodation Health prior to commencement (maximum 4 dwellings) operations.
