Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on the 24th day of november 2018, are required by the administrator jeremy daniel martin care of willcraft estate planning pty ltd, an incorporated legal practice, of suite 7, 24 parkland road, osborne park, western australia to send particulars of their claims to him by no later than 30 may 2019, after which date the administrator may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims on hand.
