It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley Town Planning Scheme amendment on 6 November 2019 for the purpose of deleting clauses from the Scheme Text, removing clauses and inserting them into Schedule A, inserting Schedule A, deleting definitions from Appendix 1, amending clauses, deleting reference to planning approval, amending clauses in relation to structure plans, replacing references, including ancillary dwelling in Table 2, with regards to transportable dwellings, reword clause 4.10.1, with regards to the settlement zone.
