In the matter of the estate of Patricia Ruth Howell, late of 76b Henry Street, East Cannington, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims, to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate, in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 25th day of August 2021, are required by the executor, Michael John Howell, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, in the state of Western Australia, by the 7th day of July 2022, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
