Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29th March 2024, are required by the executor, Cyril Desmond Tolson of [contact details redacted] of their claims to Tolson & Co Solicitors, [contact details redacted] 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
