Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 16 june 2023, are required by the executors, gregory john eldridge and janis maud croxton to send particulars of their claims to tolson & co solicitors, [contact details redacted] 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
