Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30th January 2025 are required by the administrators of the estate, Ian Kirk and Rosemary Hebb, to send particulars of their claim within one (1) month of the date of publications of this notice, to Rosemary Hebb, po box 198, bunbury wa 6231, after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
