The minister for works hereby delegates to the treasurer, pursuant to section 5a(f) of the act, all of its powers and duties under the act, except the power to enter into leases for government office accommodation. The delegation from the minister for works dated 1 july 2011 to the person for the time being holding or acting in the office of treasurer, notice of which was published in the gazette dated 5 july 2011 at page 2847, is hereby revoked. This delegation does not revoke any delegation or authorisation not expressly referred to in this notice.
