The council of the Shire of Exmouth resolved on 19 December 2019 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, Bush Fires Act 1954, and all other powers enabling it. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Exmouth Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2020.

Determines that the Shire of Exmouth will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Implements Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme No. 4 and revokes Town Planning Scheme No. 3.
Enacts the Shire of Exmouth Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2018, repealing the 2012 version.
