Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme No. 4. This local planning scheme comes into operation on the day it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revoked—Shire of Exmouth Town Planning Scheme No. 3, Gazetted 3 September 1999. The Shire of Exmouth is responsible for the enforcement and implementation of this Scheme.

Determines that the Shire of Exmouth will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Enacts the Shire of Exmouth Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2020 to govern bush fire brigade activities.
Enacts the Shire of Exmouth Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2018, repealing the 2012 version.
