Appoints the sittings of the District Court for the year 2026. Perth civil sittings commence on Tuesday 13 January 2026 and continue until Wednesday 23 December 2026, except for the Winter Recess and public holidays. Perth and Fremantle criminal sittings commence on various dates. Civil and criminal sittings at other places are listed. The Winter Recess for 2026 commences on Monday 6 July 2026 and terminates on Friday 17 July 2026.
