Pursuant to the powers conferred by the District Court of Western Australia Act 1969, the Chief Judge hereby appoints the sittings of the District Court for the year 2027, including civil sittings in Perth, criminal sittings in Perth and Fremantle, and civil and criminal sittings at various circuit locations across Western Australia. The notice also specifies the dates for the Winter Recess.
