Pursuant to the powers conferred by the District Court of Western Australia Act 1969 I hereby appoint the following sittings of the District Court for the year 2023. Civil Sittings at Perth, Criminal Sittings at Perth, Civil and Criminal Sittings at Other Places. The Winter Recess for 2023 shall commence on Sunday 2 July and shall terminate on Sunday 16 July.
