In my capacity as Minister for Commerce and Industrial Relations and acting pursuant to section 85 of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011, I designate Kenneth David Bowron as Building Commissioner for a term of five years commencing on 23 January 2018. This instrument is for a period of five years unless amended or revoked in writing by the Minister for Commerce. All previous designations made under section 85 of the Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011 are revoked.
