These rules are the supreme court (arbitration) amendment rules 2017. These rules come into operation as follows: rules 1 and 2 on the day on which these rules are published in the gazette; the rest of the rules on the day after that day. These rules amend the supreme court (arbitration) rules 2016. Schedule 1 amended.
