The Minister for Mines and Petroleum extends the exemption originally declared on 3 February 2015, and published in the Government Gazette dated 13 February 2015, for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 1 February 2019.
