Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of geoffrey george pearson, deceased, are required by the personal representative to send the particulars of their claim to ellery brookman within one month of publication hereof, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
