In the matter of the estate of Elizabeth Anne Airey, late of 3 Mansel Place, Duncraig, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 15th day of April 2024, are required by the executor, beverley margaret dorrington to send the particulars of their claim to messrs taylor smart of unit 18, level 2, 100 railway road, subiaco in the state of western australia, by the 14th day of february 2025, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
