All property owners are required to have mineral earth trafficable firebreaks constructed in accordance with this notice by 30 November 2017 and maintained until 14 March 2018. Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are hereby required on or before the 30th day of November 2017 to clear firebreaks and remove flammable materials from the land owned or occupied by you.
