Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA406 as published on 28 february 2014 and close waters to all vessels within the following area— wellington dam: all of the waters lying 200 metres from the dam wall. Providing however that this closure does not apply to all water corporation vessels or any western australian government vessels.
