It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Victoria Plains Local Planning Scheme No. 5 on 14 September 2026, for the purpose of changing residential density coding, rezoning a portion of Lot 42 Edmonds Street, Calingiri, and updating various use classes and definitions related to accommodation.

Requires installation of firebreaks and fuel hazard reduction measures before October 1 and maintained until March 31.
