The quarantine area notice—bactericera cockerelli (tomato-potato psyllid or tpp) perth metropolitan area and specified adjacent districts, published in the government gazette wa, and the west australian newspaper, and on the department of primary industries and regional development (“the department”) website on 17 august 2018 is revoked and replaced by the following notice—under regulation 60 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013 (“the regulations”) the perth metropolitan area, being the perth statistical division according to the australian bureau of statistics, together with specified local government districts is declared to constitute a quarantine area until 1 may 2020.
