Heather Brayford, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, provides notice of intent to sell forfeited entitlement pursuant to clause 23A(4) of the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery Management Plan 2012. Details include the number of units, value, method of sale (public tender), and terms of sale specified in Invitation to Tender DPIRD 2022, available on the Tenders WA website.
