Heather Brayford, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, provides notice of intent to sell forfeited entitlement pursuant to clause 23A(4) of the West Coast Rock Lobster Managed Fishery Management Plan 2012.
