For the purposes of regulation 55AA of the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995, the documents specified in the Schedule are approved directions for the installation, use and testing of automatic location communicators in the Fishery specified in the title of the document. The Approved Directions notice signed by Nigel Schofield, A/Executive Director Operations and Compliance, on 22 February 2024 and published in the Gazette on 27 February 2024 is revoked.
