I, Hon. Don Punch MLA, Minister for Fisheries, hereby give notice in accordance with section 64(2) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I intend to determine a management plan for the South Coast Scallop Managed Fishery. A copy of the draft management plan may be obtained from the website of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (Public comment and consultation (fish.wa.gov.au). Interested persons who wish to comment on the draft management plan are invited to make representations in writing to the Minister for Fisheries by 5pm on the 28th day after the date this notice is published in the Gazettal.
