Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Bunbury resolved on 23 May 2023 to make the following local law: City of Bunbury Parking Local Law 2023. The City of Bunbury Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2018 published in the Government Gazette on 15 January 2019 is repealed. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
