Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MX401 as published on the 27 february 2007— wave rider: all the waters within 100 metres of the exmouth wave rider buoy located at position 114°05.9160′e, 21°41.9660′s. All coordinates based on gda 94.
