I, Richard Sellers, in my capacity as Commissioner of Main Roads, hereby make an order for the modification of mass and dimension requirements and the giving of an access approval under section 33 and 40, respectively, of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012. The Class 2 and 3 Restricted Access Vehicles Prime Mover, Trailer Combinations and Truck, Trailer Combinations Notice 2012 is revoked. This Order applies to the vehicles specified in the Operating Conditions.
