Julie Laird, Acting Inspector, approves the temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for a cycling race by members/entrants of the West Coast Masters Cycling Council on specified dates in 2026 on Venture Loop, Innovation Circuit and Rigali Way, in Wangara. The suspension applies to Regulation 130 (2) of the Road Traffic Code 2000, allowing cyclists to ride in a peloton and overtake each other more than two or three abreast.
