It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of East Fremantle Town Planning Scheme amendment on 13 july 2022 for the purpose of— i. reclassifying a portion of lot 253 (no. 31) view terrace, east fremantle from local scheme reserve (public purposes—wawa) to residential r17.5; and ii. amending the scheme map accordingly.
