Made under the residential tenancies (covid-19 response) act 2020 section 2(c) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the residential tenancies (covid-19 response) act 2020 commencement proclamation 2020. The residential tenancies (covid-19 response) act 2020 sections 14(3)(b) and (4) to (7) and 27(3)(b) and (4) to (7) and part 4 divisions 3 to 5 come into operation on 18 may 2020.
