This notice is the fes (emergency services levy) (declarations) amendment notice 2019. This notice comes into operation immediately after the fire brigades (fire districts) notice 2019 comes into operation. The amendments in this notice are to the fire and emergency services authority (emergency services levy) (declarations) notice 2003. Clause 6(2) is amended by deleting the table and inserting a new table. Clause 7 is amended regarding the Yanchep fire district and esl boundary. An area of western australia is declared to be in the new esl category.
