This notice is the FES (Emergency Services Levy) (Declarations) Amendment Notice 2017. This notice comes into operation immediately after the Fire Brigades (Fire Districts) Notice 2017 comes into operation. The amendments in this notice are to the Fire and Emergency Services Authority (Emergency Services Levy) (Declarations) Notice 2003. Clause 6(2) is amended by deleting the Table and inserting a new Table. Declares areas in different emergency services categories to be in the new ESL category.
