This notice amends the Fire and Emergency Services Authority (Emergency Services Levy) (Declarations) Notice 2003. Clause 6(2) is amended by updating the table with Perth Metropolitan Category Three ESL Boundary 35831 Version 18. Clause 7(2) is amended by updating the table with Yanchep ESL Boundary 417106 Version 3. Declares areas in Western Australia that have changed emergency services categories as a result of amendments to the 2003 notice or the Fire Brigades (Fire Districts) Notice 2025 to be in the new ESL category.
