Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 03/04/2024, are required by the executor willem johannes furstenberg of furstenberg solicitors & notaries, po box 3060, joondalup wa 6027 to send particulars of their claims to him within 30 days by registered mail after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
