Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 05/06/2025, are required by the executors gail aiken and andrew somes of c/- furstenberg solicitors & notaries, [contact details redacted] within one (1) month from date of this publication by registered mail after which date they may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
